I took this picture months ago when I was back in Brunei for my summer holiday. I made this dish, Butter Chicken. It was good! I got this recipe from a friend of mine during my 2nd year in Liverpool in 2011-2012. Thank for the recipe! =D

Gravy oh Gravy

This morning I decided to make mushroom gravy for brunch. It was my girlfriend who triggered the decision as she too had made them the same day. So I figured out that I would make the same dish because I think I could do a better job than her LOL. (Just kidding love xD).

Here it is!

It didn't taste the way I would perceive it would be.. IT WAS TOO SALTY! But my housemate liked it, so there's a bit of silver lining for me.
